After they were done, all the options for the system were covered in detail. Southern Pride is a great company! I would highly recommend them for any of your hot water heater or HVAC services needs. They gave me a quote on Monday and installed it on Wednesday. They offered the most reasonable cost compared to other HVAC companies. I called six companies, and they were the most affordable to perform the same work. McCarthy Home Services' quote was three times as much! The installers, Austin and Austin, did a great job. They were very patient, answered all of my questions, and cleaned up after themselves. Travis Welch responded the same day that I requested an estimate to replace my heat pump's outdoor section and indoor coil. The estimate provided was extremely competitive and several thousand dollars less than I received from another company. Both quotes were for equipment with identical SEER ratings, and the estimate from Southern Pride Service Inc. even includes replacing the refrigerant line set, whereas the other company was going to use the existing line set. Also, they were able to get the replacement scheduled for two days after Memorial Day. So far, I am very impressed with their service!
