HVAC Service Technician
We’re growing and need a talented HVAC Technician to satisfy our customers’ needs.

Sheet Metal Mechanic
***Only considering applicants with Sheet Metal Mechanic experience***
Southern Pride Service of White Plains, MD is looking for Sheet Metal Mechanics to join our growing operation and serve our customers. Our ideal candidate will install AHUs, RTUs, exhaust fans/systems, VAVs, louvers/dampers, and associated ductwork under the direction of a job site Foreman.
Essential Functions
- Install miscellaneous ductwork
- Install equipment roof curbs and exterior ductwork
- Install exterior wall louvers, dampers including control/fire/balancing, etc.
- Install registers and grilles with associated flex duct
- Install ceiling unit heaters and wall heaters
Hours of Work
You must be available to work various shifts as scheduled, Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours each week. Weekend and overtime work may be required, as needed.
Preferred Education and Experience
- High school diploma (or GED/high school equivalency certificate)
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum 2 years of sheet metal experience

• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Have and maintain a clean driving record
• Participate in training that allows you to grow and develop as a professional
• Have or be willing to get the proper certifications — we can help you with this

HVAC Helper
Our growing team is looking for an experienced HVAC Install Helper who has a strong desire to learn and will follow the lead.
Job Requirements
- Installation of furnaces, heat pumps, and ductwork
- CFC license
- Valid driver’s license
- Desire to learn and continuously improve
- Customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of and ability to use hand tools
- Minimum of one year install experience or related work experience
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and Motor Vehicle Record check
- Other duties as assigned

Located in Southern Maryland, MD, serving Charles, Prince Georges, Calvert, and St. Mary’s counties.
